Kaitlin Voller was appointed by Mayor Collier as the City's counsel in March 2021. As City Attorney, she manages the City's legal affairs which includes providing legal advice to Mayor Collier, City department heads, and Lawrence Utilities on myriad issues, negotiating contracts, crafting ordinance proposals, and managing litigation.
