Park Locations & Rentals

We have facilities to meet every need:

Our Community Center includes tables and chairs for 150 and use of the building and warming kitchen from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. At the Community Center, any caterer may be used.

Our Sterrett Center and Jenn Memorial Park include tables and chairs for 150 from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. These two facilities must use a caterer from our preferred caterers listed below:

Fitzgerald Catering, Porter Books and Bread, and Chef Suzanne.

Call 317-545-7275 to check on available dates. A security deposit is required to hold a date and the rental fee must be paid in full 30 days before your event. You may view the rental agreement here.

Unless specified otherwise, all amounts are daily rates for Friday, Saturday and Sunday and are subject to 7 percent tax. The rental fee must be paid in full 30 days before the event.

If you plan to serve alcoholic beverages at the Community Center, you must purchase a $1 million insurance policy and provide proof of insurance to the Parks and Recreation Department. Policies can be obtained through homeowners’ insurance or through special event insurance companies.

Parks and Recreation Department-approved security is required for parties larger than 50 or events after 8 p.m. To request security availability, contact Sergeant Mel Keaton at 317-514-6931. To request rentals availability, contact the Parks department at 317-545-7275.
